  • It is a conflict of interest for Mr. Kookesh to be involved in the Sealaska land transfer attempt when he is a board member of Sealaska. The proof of his involvement was his "veiled threat" to the City of Craig, to impede their receiving of state funds if they came out publicly as being against the land transfer. This is how mobsters operate, that is not how a PUBLIC SERVANT should act. To regain his honor he should either resign from office or sever all connections he has to Sealaska!!!
