Hey there SFC - Welcome Back! I just got a Glock 36 - and did a polishing job to all the components along the trigger mechanism. THE DIFFERENCE IS NIGHT & DAY. Smooth as Silk. Monday I try it out at the gun range. Oh congratulations on the new car. I know the police use them now as highway patrol cars. I sold my 03 Crown Vic -= which for them was the P1 Police Interceptor. I can buy it back as my friend has it & when he decides to sell it I get first chance. Sincerely, JAMES.

@O4jampO4 I believe it was a Makarov, I may be wrong but I do know its some Russian pistol. As you can tell in the video my favorite pistol is the Glock 23, I hit that target pretty well I might say lol

@lifelessmatter I actually dont have the laser anymore but next time you shoot bring your wrenches with and sight it in. It takes about 5 to min. Very simple. Thanks for the comment.

I think the range that nutnfancy shoots at is good for a new shooter, but he is advanced with handguns, therefore he should at greater distances

@SFCGrazier I think Nutnfancy shoots at the distance he does for review purposes, to see what the gun can do, not him. He wants to do the most he can to have an honest review without having the probability of him shooting bad. Just a thought, nice shooting though.

the G30 is the doubble stack mag .45 acp in the sub compact. but its thicker than the G36. but not by much. just fyi

it's actually not a slide release. check your manual - Glock calls it a slide lock.

Grazier - put a 15# ISI steel rod and spring in that 23 and you will cut flip and improve your accuracy by 50%. See my Glock 22 Personality video at my channel. 22s and 23s have particularly overweight springs relative to the design of the pistol (which was all done in 9MM) because of the snappiness of the .40 cartridge. Also, be sure you are only shooting 180gr loads. No165s and absolutely no +P loads - the 165s can overpenetrate and increase flip needlessly. +Ps are needlessly hot & unneeded.

okay buddy i will check that out. i would like my 23 to be more accurate, even though its not mine its my buddies but he uses it for his CCW and me and him go shooting as much as we can. It isn't the rod so much although the little bit of forward weight helps a bit. It is the spring. Being that I have owned a Glock since the first year of US distribution it was a real eye opener for me when I made the discovery. Makes perfect sense too as you will see when you learn why. 15# is the sweet spot for the 23 with the shorter frame and 180gr loads. 13# is the ticket for the full sized 22. These changes decrease muzzle flip by 50% at least drastically improving follow up accuracy.

what mod is ur ruger mini 14 i want 1 but the bbl on them suck if u shot more then 30rd with in a min u have to wait 7 mins so they cool down an hit where u want them so they dont fly around i want the heavy bbl

With your comments with the glock 36 I think you woudl love the glock 30, lol ijts a double stack sub compact 45acp glock, and slightly bigger overall than the 36...I think it holds 10 rounds with stock flush mags...
