  • QUE GUAPOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

  • Elvis **defined** R&R but there's never, ever a paean for the Jordanaires, Elvis' ubiquitous backup vocalists. Crank it and fee the TEXTURE !! Ya can't leave 'em out, it's the total package. : )

  • BEAUTFUL ELVIS

  • meilleur celle de elvis que Hank Williams même pas a comparer

  • for all the guys ived loved b4

not got a patch , lol

  • there is no-one that can touch him, for looks , personality, education in music , and yeah he loved his mother, x

  • who is the best looking guy in the whole wide world, ELVIS

  • The man never took a bad picture. He was used up an under the control. Of the. Wrong people. Feeding him drugs.

  • Hank and Elvis were both gone too soon.

  • OMG I was so unwise to think that Ray Charles was the only good version...smiles...how wrong was I as there are 5 versions...all have their very special style and I have to confess there really is not a great deal of difference in all of the 5 versions as they are all so so beautiful love each version equally...Elvis, Hanks, Deans, Rays and Jerry's...smiles...all of equal quality. Thougth maybe Jerry's was a little more up tempo and dynamic...But the others had that beautiful charismatic quality

  • Also on Rare Elvis 3, take 9 and 10, Essential Elvis 3, take 9 and 10, EP collection 2, take 9, Legendary 1954-1961 and Elvis forever 3.

  • Elvis was such a cool cat in every way. Drug addiction SUCKS!!!

  • i love elvis but hank did it better

  • Great memories of laying down the needle on this opening track from a super cool album, ELVIS FOR EVERYONE. I was 14. The song and the album sound even greater today!

  • Elvis and Patsy Cline.. two of the greatest.

  • elvis's heart cheated him at age 42.

  • @driger888 he's still alive. I have talked to people who were at the funeral and Elvis looked like he was made out of wax- not only that, but he was melting. Dead people don't sweat :)

  • Elvis had a way of taking a song and making it his own---a true sign of star quality

  • That some one didnt hear patsy cline, but its hank williams song. Elvis did a good job.

  • That some one didnt hear patsy cline

  • If I had one special power I would go back in time...to this time just to hear Elvis sing !!!

  • @pawsjones i have that power, i've heard son house, muddy waters, hank williams, gene vincent, buddy holly and many more, the secret is, a great record collection or youtube.

  • @OGKush2010 I have a great record collection too an of course access to youtube, but I meant to be at one of his early shows to hear an see him perform.....

  • Many people say that Elvis was at his prime during the 68 Comeback, but i have to say that i think he was always in his prime. I hear songs from the beginning of his fame, all the way to the end and there is many great songs from every year :D

  • Pretty good. No comparison to Hank however, Hank is the king of country always will be.

  • I'm actually looking for a portrait photo of Elvis in his early career years where he's really happy. I'd like to convert it into a tattoo portrait in black and white on the inside on my forearm. Anyone got any good photos?

  • @deatheater87 How about the pics on the album covers '50,000 Elvis Fans Can't Be Wrong' or 'Elvis Golden Records'?

  • @andrewshere hmmm. i dont know, i was lookin for something where he isnt posing, where he is genuinely happy. Thanks for the help though :D

  • @deatheater87 ..ewww. well if you want to do that,,,if you haven't already. Check out the 68 comeback special. That was Elvis in his prime....There is not a more perfect looking person...check out the aquiline nose...and the hair and the...just everything....And his sense of humour...and interacting with the audience...and have been told...he looked even better in person...how is that possible? HE OWN THEM, WHEN HE SINGS THEM! <3 I LOVE YOU ELVIS <3

  • how many 23 year old can sing like him today ? pure raw talent...

  • The best one to ever sing this was Hank Sr and Hank 3!! Elvis is great...but the two Williams just knock it out of the park!

  • Someone once said that nobody ever sang a Hank Williams song better than Hank himself. After hearing this great rendition of Cheatin Heart I am not so sure.

  • well said my friend

  • @ejgiv i think Elvis could sing, but NOBODY sings Hank Williams better than Hank... if i could sing like anyone i wanted, it would be Hank Williams

  • @ejgiv ME NEITHER. I WISH IT WOULD HAVE BEEN RELEASED IN 58' AS A SINGLE BUT HE HAD SO MANY OTHER GREAT SONGS OUT THAT YEAR. KING CREOLE....

  • Nothing better than the King singing this great song by the Father of Country Music, Hank Williams. After you visit Graceland in Memphis; come on down to Montgomery and visit the Hank Williams Museum! bt

  • ive always loved this song thankyou.

  • he was soooo hot :) i love Elvis

  • when i typed this in the search engine i didnt think id find it wth elvis singing it

cheers jackiej he sings it so well

  • really nice pics! :)

  • Elvis' rendition of this classic song is totally unique and fun. His version of this song is so very highly underrated and overlooked. I'm so very glad that Elvis decided to record this historic song. My favorite Elvis era will always be the 1950's. Elvis had the greatest ever start to a singing career. This video was absolutely perfect in every way, 10 Stars as always Jackie.

  • @ElvisSacramento Yeah he had his best success in the 50's, but I personally think his voice was it's best from 61 thru 63. Smooth like velvet with no effort it seemed.

  • Written by Hank Williams, Sr. Elvis recorded it February 1, 1958 at Radio Recorders. The commercial release was a splice betweent two or more takes. It is available on Elvis for Everyone, Welcome to My World, Great Country Songs, 50,000,000 Elvis Fans Cant Be Wrong, and The King of Rock n Roll-The Complete 50s Masters.

  • @Jackiej61too oh I just love the song and love the old photos....thank you
