I've stayed there at least half a dozen times and have had very few problems. The biggest problem i've had was the construction noise going on outside at 6AM !! Asked to have my room switched which they did. If you are a owner with the resort family should have no problem changing you to a different room. The casino next door is great, the bartenders treat you well, great service.
Its only 5 miles down from the main strip. The "M" Casino which just opened not too long ago is a few miles south down from the Grandview and South Point casino.
It's a condo basically - kitchen, washer and dryer in the room, complete with jacuzzi. No casino. If you want that, stay elsewhere. I would stay again. I got it for $88/night for the weekend before taxes - $100/after taxes and fees. The bad part - they tried to get me to go to a sales presentation when I checked in to the place.
I had room 403 A. The room was great in size but the bed wasn't too great. The bed was way to soft that I would wake up at 5:00 a.m just to get away from it. My kids had the pull-out sleeper couch and they would wake up complaining that the springs hurt their back. Also, there is no kid activities. Like when my wife and I want to go to South Point across the street, they don't have an arcade to go to or anything. The gratuity of the employees also stunk. I dont think we'll stay there ever again.
Im a Employee by the way - We are honestly way to nice to Ungrateful Pricks like you !! Go Piss Some Other Resort Off - Stay the HELL AWAY FROM US - WE DONT NEED YOU .
This stay was the worst that I have ever had. We bought the time-share thinking we were going to have a great time but it was horrible. The beds were horrid and there is no arcade. They said they were going to have an arcade when we went to the showing but they turned it into a deli.
They also denied us a room switch after there was a problem with our beds. My kids complained that their backs hurt and everything. I don't care if you work there, the overall review of this place says it sucks.
