  • The Babies got the power. The world followin' them in their culture. The media lies and says no one is listening. They must be made aware of their power to transform themselves into the gods they are and transform the globe. African Rulership. As it was in the beginning, so shall it be in the end. nzingatruth@yahoo.com

  • I MUST see this woman LIVE before I kick the bucket! The records alone just ain't doing it for me!!!

  • check out the Olmecs on internet. 1st africans in america, whore similar helmets. We were the first in America! She is so coded. U must have your 3rd eye open to understand this goddess. The scripture says, He spoke in such a manner that those who were outside the truth couldn't understand. The children understand clearly, and are fed by the production. She's speaking to us and we understand you mama Erykah. Live Long Goddess!

  • You must listen to my sister with a 3rd ear. Her main message is, Wake up babies, we, the ancient egyptians, were and are still the leaders of the world. We just don't know it. We will lead again! We are the beginning and the end. This is why the beast keeps throwing rocks at us to destroy us. But he can't . God always has a remnant in his/her world. Hotep! Rise African Giant, and rule!

  • She is so sexy, i mean that in the most respectful way..

  • So many of us have the knowledge she is speak on but chose to build over the digital air waves. But the energy is misdirected so we need to get off the PC's and start building with the people DIRECTLY to raise up the consciousness of all the people of color!!! (When n!gga's change there mindstates to GOD'S >Wall fall) !!!

  • @Divineprospect - I do understand that we as a people are bigger than what we think..this song is so powerful...the time is NOW..people are now askin questions..wondering why life is not makin sence..I truly agree..people have lost the sense of touch. Ive jus dove head in, as of last month, pertainin to the Kemetic Teachings with Dr. Shabazz...I mean what else is there to be said but..Revelation of oneself is the most exciting/scary event that will ever take place.PEOPLE WE GOT WORK TO DO..

  • @witness Historically Africans certain parts of West Africa the indigo dye has been used for several centuries by the women when they are dying their cloth for clothing. They have been called the indigo people because their hands become colored with the dye. The women of the Gullah Geeche community have also been known as indigo as well because when the anscestors came from West Africa they brought the dye with them. Their hands were indigo blue as well. :)

  • @SulaMarie You are amazing. THANK YOU Queen.

  • @SulaMarie damn!!!! thats seriously deep. really tho

  • THIS ONE IS FOR DILLA!

  • Her style of performing, the clothes... she is very similar to Sun Ra. Otherworldly... this rendition of the song is so amazing, it has SO many sounds, and it is way more intricate when you perceive it is being actually performed LIVE.

  • wen niggas turn into Gods walls come tummbling down

  • The Sister iz a True Goddess

  • @ThaFlyestMoor72 If you love poetry you will love this poem Search " Is the Cross Christian" It will blow your mind!!!!!!!! If you are Deep?

  • @TheTruthUnderTheHood

Shalawm, YES I LOVE POETRY OF THE REAL KIND, will check it out!

  • I love that line I mean she went in with this song it had to be the first song on the Album

  • BBOY AN BGIRLS PUT YOUR HANDS UP !

  • im not "getting it"!

  • how ? shes sying these things that need to be said bright as day

  • Exactly Love this women

  • me too but im hoping that the reason lil wayne is on her new is to draw the ignorant people in to good music again. has anyone heard her new album yet?

  • darn y was i not here! ugh

  • why is there not a erykah badu live dvd yet

  • @LUVHYM yeah...never thought about that!!

  • @LUVHYM she prolly' hasn't found the time. it's either that or money or a combo of both. i mean, concert DVD's would prolly' kill her tour revenue. from what i've heard and read, artists can't make any money off DVD's or CD's. by comparison, tickets sales are $110.00 and up each. nonetheless, more power to her, she's an incredible artist and i suspect that's what it takes to stay in business these days. it's music and art, but it's also a business.

  • other worldly

    and beastly

    like lauryn hill

    but in different ways

  • This is COOL!

  • THEY call you indigo.... WE CALL YOU AFRICA!!!!

  • what does that mean?

  • The twisted legend of the Indigo children. Children who think forward and heal fast are stronger then the average, perform above average... this is the description given for Indigo Children. These "indigo" children are non other then the children of the house of Yaaqub! Yahshra'al.

  • i tjink im an indigo...since i was small..however i dont necessarily agree with the house of yaaqub interpretation..i just think we are the reincarnations of those in the past who have ascended..just like what we are going to do in the 2012 window period..

  • @YahSedQanu If you love poetry you will love this poem Search " Is the Cross Christian" It will blow your mind!!!!!!!! If you are Deep?

  • @YahSedQanu I didn't understand the Indigo/Africa line...can you elaborate? Isn't Africa a name given to the natives by the European?

  • @witness623 Yeah! well I don't think it was "alkebulan" or "ifriqa" or what ever name is being given to that continent by the concious community. We all know that the name Africa was taken from some Roman or Latinspeaker. So don't stop at every line you see the word.. I mean language has been polluted beyond recognition and the words we use day to day are just as polluted!

  • Right, well I guess my biggest question is why she said "THEY" call you indigo (which I've never heard that landmass named/called anywhere) but then said "WE" call you Africa ( which is a word I've heard THEM use in all its variations in a number of sources)...That's really what I'm wondering...where did Indigo come from and whose used it? Maybe I'm in too deep. LOL. Thanks anyway. Peace

  • @witness623 nah your not in to deep! I understand why you're asking why alot if you didn't you wouldn't be here watching this video listening to the lyrics. There is a "we" and these are the small few "receptors" willing to unlearn and relearn the "they" are them that want to keep the status quo which is the lie the untruth the few are trying heard to unlearn ;) that's indicative for an "indigo" child who properly are called children of TheLight

  • @witness623 the color indigo stands for a deep spiritual connection with The Source

  • @YahSedQanu I call her the TRUTH . . . because that is what she sings

  • We aint dead! YOU HEAR!

    We just made ourselves invisible..

  • at first I was like wtf...but I'm feeling this

  • reboot refresh! thanks for posting this Jeff, very good stuff

  • "You don't have to believe everything you think. We've been programmed. Wake up..."

  • Man Erykah Badu,Tupac,India arie, and lauryn hill are the only real ones

all the others are fake and are with the government =]

  • did anybody see he at bonaroo?

  • reminiscent of how Labelle used to rock a show...

  • loll I like her hat

  • Yes, she did. And she was awesome.

  • Did she at least show up on time?
