Moto cops dont do pursuits. If someone flees from them they call for a patrol car to take action.

@RubixCube703 Thanks for your comment, It sounds right but what if the car just violated some simple traffic rules? Also he is requesting backup and just following him. But he wasn't so lucky eh? :)
