Pretty slow cadence for 50km/h. And yes the left foot is a little off, plus the right foot is even being set down inside the center of his body, so there is not much drive inside on the first push. The stride should be push-pull-push. He is really only pulling and pushing.

TBH there's not much power from either foot in the underpush.

Oh, and there's no "pull" in the double push. At all.
