Sure anyone can learn to make stuff like this, but you're making it out to be a cake walk... I wouldn't encourage anyone to get into this if they don't have a lot of patience and general hand skills.

I was new to this kind of thing, and the only reason why it turned out to be a couple of weeks was that I was determined on doing this, as I had nothing else to do outside of my job.

I worked on it 30 min.-2 maybe 3 hours a day. Planning with other people on the web helped me A lot.

I do encourage people to make their own rendition of consoles, only if they have the right support.

this is probably one of the best N64 portables i have seen. A lot of them are all bulky, and kind of grundgy looking. you can tell that they are self-made essentially. this one looks great, slick, and clean. and easily held in your hand. so truly portable...nice job!
