i shadow boxed with a 54 year old boxer.... Dangerous... he was my trainer for a lil bit, and his face will make ppl think they can knock him out, but when i trained with him, i was like WOW, he can almost keep up with me! It was crazy, his skills were still sharp to.... do not under estimate a trained fighter... VERY dangerous!
One lesson my father beat into my head is that a trained fighter no matter his is age is always a dangerous fighter. Don't think some of these old dudes won't knock you the fuck out.
