I believe it's stupid and useless, and also dangerous. It's taking all your attention, you will mostly use it only when is raining, your neck won't feel too good, etc, etc.

@dangerboa On the contrary, used as a map reader like this it's a pretty damn good idea, though I'd personally rather it display plain google maps. Also the videos thing isn't bad, you could just be sitting out on a bench enjoying the rain and watching a movie on Netflix. Could also use it's internet connection for communications. ie emergency comm.

most advanced technological stuffs japanese made is great, but to an umbrella? lolz GPS is ok for me but what the heck by watching streaming videos? what if you're concentrated watching it and you don't even notice a car is gonna hit u? its just a suggestion.

That would suck if it just stopped raining and you had to keep opening it to see where you're going. Bad idea!

@fokeet Why would you have to close it if it stops raining...If it's your map you could just keep it open even if it stops raining.
