It's not that 51% of Californians are against marijuana, it's because most that are against it vote, and many that are for it don't. This is the entire problem with politics in general, the silent majority who doesn't vote. Mainly due to the fact that photosynthesis is amazingly inefficient, and resource intensive way to collect sunlight, and turn it into locomotion.

Even at the theoretical limit, we're only talking maybe 0.1% efficiency.

@jaymcd84 The seeds are the best thing to eat and you can just about live by just eating the seeds and it grows so easy i think countries that are starving should be given a bunch of free seeds to grow harvest and eat. Maybe make cloths and other things to import into the US for money.If i was Marc Emmery i would be shipping a shit ton of seeds to countries like that even if it's illegal. A lot of African countries are under the US and England's control.
