For anyone who can't get it to show up, try going to EDIT -> PREFERENCES -> EFFECTS then under "VST" click "rescan VST scans automatically" then restart Audacity. Mine worked then :)

@TheKimgentry Like he said, play around with the settings. One thing to make sure, that i found out, is select the "fixed (something. I can't read the cursive)". it should be to the left of the "select scale" option. Also, make sure to find a specific key that works the best with your voice.

Ok. I think I resolved the missing plugin mystery.

When installing Audacity the computer creates 2 folders. One called Audacity and another called Audacity (BETA Unicode). Delete the Audacity forder.

Download and install first plugin and extract the second manually to the desktop. Move it to C:/program files/Audacity Beta (Unicode)/Plugins

You're done !

Thumbs up to help others!! If you cannot find GSnap in Effects, what you do is - Open Up Audacity - Click on Edit - Click on Prefrences - Click on Effects - TICK "Rescan VST Effects next time Audacity starts" - Click OK - Restart Audacity! - Please thumbs up to help others!!

@symphony84 Well I had the same problem. Make sure you downloaded Audacity BETA (That was my problem) and also make sure you put the gsnap into the Plugins file in the Audacity file. Hope I helped!

@lolafyit you use WinRAR to extract, when you install it download the file you need to extract and open it with WinRAR, then press the "Extract to" button and choose where to extract, it will copy the files from the .rar file to the place you choose
