I live in L.A.

In West Los Angeles - there are these rich people who are wanna be artists.

They cannot paint sculpt or draw and have zero artistic talent.

But they are rich. So they BUY a Fancey Art gallery and stock it with all thier paintings. They put high price tags on it and martket themselves as "fine artists". Every now and sucker buys a painting.

In this way they become "artists". Same kind of thing with Paris Hilton. When you have money you can be anything you want.
