I have seen both Bubblegum Crisis and also Gall Force,

Those anime refrences from their OVA's really make this one for their fans.

I really laughted out loud how everyone was throwing bombs at the Genom Spokes person. Really is a in-anime joke refernce that Genom is a power hungry organisation from the Anime Bubblegum Crisis.

Little trivia: The Deluxe Super Boomer Car X is just a mixture of J.B. Gibson's Griffon car and the Super Boomer from Bubblegum Crisis - a subtle hint that in the series' plotline, everything Genom produces (including the Boomer himself) are just stolen copies of someone else's idea.

Managed to get the laser disc release of Scramble Wars about a year ago. I noticed the image quality was slightly better than the VHS release. I want to transfer it onto DVD but I'll need to get a DVD recorder first. Thanks for putting this up so others can watch it.
