Pretty sure this is not 2005. More like 1995. Thanks for posting, though. Hotz is brilliant; a complete original. No other comedian tells them as though he's about to crack up. He delivers in a wonderfully fatalistic monologue on the inanities of his life.

@TheTHW yup, that's pretty much what went down. but, the ultimate omission which was factual & would have made this bit even funnier is that the prime minister had one of those inuit soapstone carving statuettes as a weapon, a typical canadian souvenir store trinket. he was holding on to it like a mini club behind the closed door. omg, too fkn funny. but, even if the dude had gotten in, the p.m. woulda given him the shawinigan handshake til he tapped!!
