Today i got help. I went to guidance. I told him about my depression and how I can't control my anger and sadness. I turned my arm and the scars showed through my bracelets. I told him everything. My parents came in. They weren't mad, Just upset and we had a talk. I am going to counseling in a church to talk about it. sometime this weekend. I strongly thank TWLOHA for the help to come out<3
When I watched this video I thought "WOW, thats basically how it all happened with me" Except I didn't show my cuts and scars... I'm way too afraid.. Everyday is a struggle, but I'm sure if I stay in counseling, I'll be okay.. BTW, I'm very proud of you for recovering. I hope one day I can say the same thing :) Best of luck !
