This is actually from a show called "London Underground" which was hosted by Denis Leary and featured stand-up comedians and a music act. Not sure how it was aired in the UK, but Comedy Central used to show this program in the States. I still have my VHS tape where I recorded this off the tv. :-)

what an awkward setting for him to sing in, everyone sitting down at tables. seems more like a comedy setting, too intimate for andy. plus he's exposed a bit more vocally so that we can hear any errors. he had a tough time when he reached the top and bottom ends of his range.
