Christ, this video is as bloated as the software. The fact that you need an hour-long video to explain your product should tell you something.

This is a good introduction video, but I think it would be more helpful to have just a quick rundown of the functionalities and with a few demo's. For more in-depth information a link would be handy. A one hour plus introduction video seems a bit excessive.

This is a great video for software development teams. You need to make a similar video for a business unit that's conducting day-to-day business. Or, a day in the life of a manager in a typical organization whose not a developer. Just someone who's doing his job in some business unit like Sales, ERP, Quality, HR, etc.
