Thats funny. At 1:50 he says "Let's see it some more shall we" and he messes up for the 3rd or 4th time in a row.

Clearly he can't do the reverse-cascade for any longer then 5 seconds.

You are throwing with the palm of your hand and not your entire wrist, which is why your hands have to move so quick to catch the balls... Throw by moving your arm not by opening your hand so that your palm doesn't push the ball.

Do not try to learn from this guy. For anyone who wants to learn how to juggle a reverse cascade, try watching a video with a juggler who can juggle the pattern for more than a few seconds and not look like a human windmill in the process.
