Hang in there Cindy. With your help, we will make the state legislator and the hospitals do something about these nurse-patient ratios. It will happen. Your members still have faith in you and your organization, regardless of what some people may think or say. You guys did a great job and we will still fight a good fight. And if things do not go the way they should with the staffing. There is always 3 years from here when we will make it happen together. Your members are proud of you. Great Job.

Cindy, you look exhausted. I truely hope this is what you all as negotiators think is the best for all- staff AND patients, because we do trust you and have to know that you've gone as far as you feel we can in this situation- but I almost feel sadness in your voice.
