Please tell me how did you make those 3rd side rails.

Lots of drilling of holes every two inches, placing screws into the holes, soldering HO scale rails on top of them, spraying the 3rd rails black so the screws & the sides of the 3rd rails turn black & then wiping off the black spray paint off of the top of the 3rd rails. ...and lots of patience, 18 months worth of patience.
