The first 20 mins of this film are just like the Christmas I'm giving the kids this year. They're getting fuck all....in fact if they aren't up at 5 and getting to the the salt mine on time I'll give 'em Humbug ......all the way to the canal with Marleys chains and a concrete overcoat on each as I throw them in one by one.

The commercials dont bother me. I run and pop popcorn or pee or something. Just like TV I dont subscribe to cable so Im not in the postion to complain about free movies

I'm fine with some commercials, I mean they are only about 30 seconds long or less, and occasionally you can skip them.

But, why do they have to make them so loud? If I am already looking at the screen, then I already see your product. That being said, there really isn't an excuse for it. It doesn't catch my attention. Making the commercials loud, and forcing me to turn the volume down until the actual video starts playing is just a nuisance. What if someone in the same room is asleep?

I love these old movies. Seymour Hicks was one of our greatest theatre actors and does a good job here as Scrooge.
