sounds like a scary experience! did you travel standby? i often do and thats teh only way i can get buissness or first, very nice travelling that way!
@patrickkipling Yes, I was on standby. Sometimes it sucks flying that way, but it's definitely worth the trouble when I get into first or business class. ESPECIALLY on long overseas flights.
