When Kim Jong-il seated.. He adopted the Son-gun policy to give a lot of money for military. He started the use of GULAGs and turned labor camps to torture camps and old military camps to experimental camps. He sacrifices food production for the sake of military loyalty to him and He is a corrupt leader.. He wasnt like Kim il-sung.. Jong-il is a spoiled brat.. He enjoys luxury so much..
