Actually the head that's on sub zero was previously in mortal kombat 2. Raiden had a secret fatality called a fergality and that head would appear on your enemy i think..I could be wrond..that was such a long time ago..but i do remember that :). Also..I believe that head flies by the moon in one of the original mortal kombats in the pit stage. Allowing you to fight reptile....again..this was all a while ago...I might be a bit rusty

Well you have to read the docs folder in the mugen folder. And there is a tutorial made by Samus altough I can't remember the website.
