I really like what you've done... but I have a question: your fuel cell/fuel pump is below your subwoofers current location. Do you think that's safe? How are you certain? I only ask because I would like to do something like this but would be afraid of a spark near the fuel cell...

@ls2khanl Yes, it's safe. There are no electrical components touching or close to the fuel pump/tank. The only thing touching is the bottom of the box (just wood). All the electrical stuff is mounted on the back of the box facing the trunk. Any sparks or anything that could possibly happen (very unlikely) would go into the trunk. Since the box is sitting on top of the fuel components it actually isolates it from anything like that. You can PM me on s2ki if you have further questions. =]

Anyhow, I've gone with a JBL 1214 12" subwoofer in a closed box and it's really really tight. So i'm extremely happy, although i've just bought a car with a bigger interior so I'll have to see if it is as powerful las in the smaller car I had before
