This whole concert was so damn awesome with the rain!!. Zooropa live in the rain!! City of Blinding Lights in the rain while I meandor and check on my sister who is on the sidelines of the field because she would have a hard time standing during the whole show!!! Great video to show the downpour! Everyone else around me and my friend in Section 224 had rain ponchos or snuck-in umbrellas and pretty much stayed huddled up. But we danced and sang through the whole rain storm, and thought it was awesome! It helped that our motel was right across the street, of course...

I was at the second Brussels show last year and experienced the same conditions. Getting drenched with rain in the middle of a packed stadium should be on everyone's bucket list, it transforms a U2 gig into the experience of a lifetime :)

In 1983, I was at the U2 concert at Northrop Auditorium and got pulled up on stage for 10 minutes at least. Danced and sang with Bono. I didn't think any concert could ever compare with that, but this one came close. Thanks for risking you camera to capture this!

Drenched is right! I was in the 18th lower and the Dressed up people where trying to stay all wrapped up. My Friend and I said experiance it and live it. I think those people could care less about anything at that point. There Old School Rocking came out. It was a cool night with all kinds of Generations rocking in the Rain. I will forsure never forget it. I been to the first Three Lollapalooza Concerts. This was by far the best I have ever been too.

Great video! My 12 year old son & I were there and we got drenched! I asked him if he wanted to go into the concourse & out of the rain and he said "No Dad, I wanna be in the rain with Bono & all the people!" I was there it was great I also got some good shots but my camera would have been fucked if i tried during the downpour plus right infront of us was a metal power box on the metal floor getting soaked by rain. Was kinda worried electric, water and full metal floors seem possibly a hazard... But I Figuredif it happened what a way to go!!! lol
