Edna u r blessing. I just started decorating cakes by teaching my self . u r the best . ur viedos n way u teach is so eassy . Thank you for ur time . God Bless you.
I think you are incredible and you make everything so clear! I am thrilled that I found your site and your videos and I can't wait to take a class from you! Thank-you so much for your tutorials!
You really are the best at teaching. I have learnt everything about cake making off youtube and im teaching people who have had lessons but not learnt properly the first time. You are awsome!! Thanks from mel in australia ;o)
I love all of your tutorials! I'm from the Uk and finding it hard to find some of the equipment but I am so looking forward to trying some of your methods!
Edna, I feel like you are a friend I have seen so many of your wonderful tutorials. I am going to purchase all of your videos in two weeks, (when I get my allowance LOL). You are a wonderful teacher. You not only show us how to do it, you explain each step. If you knew how many times I tried to make this kind of flower...I think everyone who watches your videos aught to purchase at least one of your videos, because you are so very generous with your time and talents. Thank you with so very much.
Hi Edna!!!
thanks so much for the videos! they help so much!! I have one question. How do you glue or make your flowers stay on your cakes? You are a great teacher, and keep the videos coming. thanks!!
Thanks for the videos. It's good to have a visual when you don't do them often and it's been 5 yrs since I took the Wilton classes. My 5 yr old loves your cakes! :)
Hola edna eres muy buena maestra me gusta tu manera de explicar tus tecnicas, gracias por enseñarnos soy una principiante y estoy tomando las clases de wilton pero me encanta tus videos :)
I stay in UK. where can i get this type of flower former? I searched it online on wiltons website. But cudnt get it. Can u please help me in getting it.
Thanks Edna. I m just waiting to try those petunias. U r fantastic. Please upload some more videos of buttercream icing decoration.Especially flower decoration.
Wow, beautiful. I just want to say that I absolutely adore your videos. You are the only one that completely shows us how to get it done step by step in real time. It is so great. Go any plans for showing us how to ice and sculpt a 3D cake? I know its not a going wedding cake them, but doesn't hurt to ask. Anyway, thanks again for the tuturials, yours are definately the BEST!!
As usual another great video Edna, only one thing how do you get the petunias off the foil to place on the cake. I am a newbie to cake decorating. Another thing Edna when are you going to have a regular television show. You are the best cake decorating teacher out there and your instructions and details are so clear. I love that you are so patient and encouraging to your youtube viewers.
Edna I can't tell you how much I appreciate your classes. You make so maney things much clearer. This will make it a little easier for me while I prepare to enter my first cake show. Many thanks
Thank you so much . You are the best! No se como agradecerte tu "tutorials" Muy completos y profecionales. Gracias!!!!! Y continua haciendo mas... Los estamos esperando
Thanks Edna! I started Wilton classes and I thought I was going to get an instructor like you....I will stick with the classes but I really think I'm going to learn a lot more from viewing your instruction videos. I appreciate you taking the time to do these so much! You're awesome.
Edna, you are such a great teacher. I love all your cakes and admire your work so much. Thanks so much for all you do to help all of us with our cake decorating questions. God Bless you!
I love watching your videos, Edna, thank you so much for doing them. Could you show how you made the monogram from the cake with the blue petunias photo at the end of the video?
That one is done in fondant cut with an oval cutter. I hand piped the letters. Usually the cakes with Royal Icing petunias are more widely used for people on a budget..
Quite simply brilliant ! It's a pity that this style of material N does not exist in France you have too much chance ! In any case thank you to show us how to make pretty things !
You can make your own Royal Icing.. I wonder where in europe you can find the materials, I know that people do bake over there. I wish you best of luck. Thanks
you are sooo pretty!! love ur tips!!

how long do you leave royal icing flowers before you put onto cakes. does it go very hard?? i have never used royal icing before
jody802202 2 years ago
It gets hard like a crunchy cookie. The drying time usually depends on the size of what you are doing.
