  • Edna, I feel like you are a friend I have seen so many of your wonderful tutorials. I am going to purchase all of your videos in two weeks, (when I get my allowance LOL). You are a wonderful teacher. You not only show us how to do it, you explain each step. If you knew how many times I tried to make this kind of flower...I think everyone who watches your videos aught to purchase at least one of your videos, because you are so very generous with your time and talents.   • how long do you leave royal icing flowers before you put onto cakes. does it go very hard?? i have never used royal icing before

  • It gets hard like a crunchy cookie. The drying time usually depends on the size of what you are doing.

  • As usual another great video Edna, only one thing how do you get the petunias off the foil to place on the cake. I am a newbie to cake decorating. Another thing Edna when are you going to have a regular television show. You are the best cake decorating teacher out there and your instructions and details are so clear. I love that you are so patient and encouraging to your youtube viewers.

  • That one is done in fondant cut with an oval cutter. I hand piped the letters. Usually the cakes with Royal Icing petunias are more widely used for people on a budget..
