@3JoseEnrique Berbatov looks to be a no-go, says he wants to stay at utd, dont blame him to be honest. I think newcastle will fire up the season well if the two signings for Cabaye and Gervinho go through. The two mixed with ben arfa should be a great goal scoring trio, and if barton and nolan stay put, the addition of Nzuzi from the academy should make the midfield pretty tight too.

I think newcastle will fire up the season well if the two signings for Cabaye and Gervinho go through. The two mixed with ben arfa should be a great goal scoring trio, and if barton and nolan stay put, the addition of Nzuzi from the academy should make the midfield pretty tight too.

National papers don't care as they don't have as close relationships with the respective clubs. You've just made up that N'Zogbia would be happy to return as he hasn't said anything of the like and you're just making up assumptions. If a player leaves a club in the way he has and upon returning has been roundly booed. They don't tend to return.

It's pretty much well known that Newcastle have a wage cap of around 45k. That is the reason why Barton will not sign another contract and Enrique is leaving.

seeing how good this player is for Newcastle, gotta say "I'm impressed". he should help us challenge for European football next season. i know people (including me) were upset about loosing Carrol, but in the long run i think it's for the best. even i think Liverpool overpaid for him! and now we can improve all the squad instead of having 1 good striker we can get 2 or 3 good srikers as well as other areas
