ive got an 86 with a 460 that started right up today after 5 years of sitting in someguys garage

My 86 F-150 sat for about 3...started it right up and moved it to another place,then after driving a whole 2 miles there it sat for another 3 years. Motor was just fine...only problems were that the fuel tank rusted out and the battery was junk.

Yea the guy was my dads friend danny. my truck sat for seven years. the only problems were a gummed up carb and both fuel pumps.

@chancelt284 there tough trucks thats for sure but if you hit a tree doing 65 mph most every truck out there would be totalled and not driving

@monserenergy700r idk if you realized you put a 2 but its an f150, but whatever its all good. but yea there pretty cool trucks, im trying to buy my grandpaws old grayboy from him. its an 86 351 f150.

@jake92sc ooh whoops. correction. old fords never die. this coming from someone with a family of chevy guys. mines an '86 and not only does it look better then most of the new trucks but it still runs like a champ.
