  • Thanks for sharing. Like all your other uploads this one too packed so much info in such a short time. There's jus one thing i couldn't get. Where exactly do you make the hole for the water?

    The hole is cut in the bottom piece about and inch down for the top edge, if you place the top piece in the bottom you can then see where you need to make your half circle hole in the bottom piece, just mark it and then remove the top piece and cut the half circle in the bottom piece. I used a craft knife to make a cut, and then used scissors to cut the rest of it out.

    The bottles are attached to the wooden pallet using two drywall screws. Take the bottom piece and screw it to the "wall" place the screws close to the top edge of the bottom piece, and put them side by side next to each other. Then add the top piece and the soil and plants, then add your water.

  • Thanks for sharing! I will use this idea with my class. This will work perfectly. I need to inquire though, how were the containers attached to the "wall"? I can't seem to come up with anything plausible. My lady fingers are not that handy =).
