@waynetech10 Hi, welll, after seeing many people, my only conclusion is that you never are too old to learn freestyle ;-) All what I know is from watching other people tutorials, and videos of freestyle, mostly in freestyleforum. net, where I'm admin. In this new account (from which I'm replying to you) I have stared a tutorial channel, so everyone can learn from beginner, or learn some advanced tricks. If you want to improve, and with the things you already know, I suggest you to try aerials!!
I'm too old school, for this. I've got decent spinning skills, but tosses and some of the fancier moves just don't come to me. Some day, I'd like to learn to spin, like that, just to say that I've reached that level. As of right now, I know some tricks, like the complete wrist roll, half rolls, and several kinds of passes and switches. Where'd you learn, or did you watch + trial and error, like I did?

I can't imagine what 680 grs can be. Is it heavy or light for this kind of practice?

nice one bro!!! training in heavy chux gives you an edge to possibilities a freestyle has to offer. :)

glad to see your trying out some heavies!!
the 2 throws behind the back at 1:22 and 1:31 were really good, shows a lot of aerial control.
and the more you learn about controlling the momentum the faster and more precise your move's will get.
once you go heavy its hard to switch back!!
keep on chuckin' bro :) *****
