Russian A/A systems are better than their equivalent US made. That's what the army personnel here claims. So is the French made Mirage 2000 EGM and Mirage 2000-5 Mk2 compared the the US made F-16s in certain aspects, for example cruise capability for the Mirage 2000-5 Mk2 (with SCALP-EG) and anti-ship for the Mirage 2000 EGM (with EXOCET). Additionally, the Mirage 2000 of both types is a better dogfighter. I hope it covers you a bit.
