@MrCoenE a bit of both to be honest, it's a very ancient machine and it's plugged into a noisy old amp with audio recorded on the camera's inbuilt mic! so it was never going to sound crisp.
yes ras can you plug in 2 audio sources at the same time ie dub siren and mic or turntable ect or will it ness up the db output levels? might be able to get my hands on one cheap but worried about the tapes...thnks sound nicee...
I have now sold this unit, but I think from memory that it didn't work so well with two things plugged in. The tapes are extremely hard to find but I have heard that this guy refurbishes them!
I hear a lot of noise, is this coming from the Echo Chamber or is it just bad recording?

I have one of these, but the tapes knackered completely. ANy ideas where I can get the cartridge replaced?
Also, the SH-09; best little synth Roland built!
