I have one! and i got it with like 10 genesis games 2 controllers a bunch of complete sega cd games like final fight, mortal kombat sonic cd the hookups and 2 controllers for 100 bucks!
i got one of these, a while ago for free from a friend and i suggest buying this if you can. also despite what this guy says, this is not a portable system, you can use it as a cd player but you can no play the games on battery power
I'm not 100% sure, but the size of the cartridge slot might have to do with the 32X interface. they were large and clunky and that could have provided a bit of space?
THAT WAS A CD PLAYER TOO? That was my first video game system , like when i was 3 or something...had sonic cd (heh i always beileve that was sonic 1 till i played sonic jam) but i never had a problem getting my games in it.
Hey buddy thankyou so much for the awesome shoutout, thats really cool :) and your system review is great i love that system it is one for every collector, and i know exactly what you mean about the av cable coming out of the side, i have a tv with av ports on the side and it looks rubbish when you have cables running out of it.

I owned one of these when they first came out it was amazing, also no one tells you how the 32x chip is built into it

the batteries only power up the music cds not the games!!!!! be specific in your reviews
