Forgot to say. . .she could be as glamourous and the next gal, but to me she had a natural beauty that a lot don't have. She was a tomboy in Home in Indiana and I always thought of myself as one. ;-) I will never forget her.
I have seen most of these pictures. I used to save all that I found in highschool. I loved her. She was my idol then. Beautiful woman and she had natural curly hair, which I did , too at the time, like hers. Remember one time in an article she said she used Castile soap to wash her hair, because it was gentler that of products used. Home in Indiana about our Sulkey racing, with Lon McCallister is one of my favs, being from In and State Fair, also played with Cornel Wilde in a couple of movies.
I like her best in Margie. Besides her beauty it's her manner of speaking which makes her so attractive...it's so sweet and playful, unique. I wish it would be released on DVD.
Vicki 1953, stars two of my favorite actressses of that era , Jean Peters and Jeanne Crain playing sisters. 20th Century Fox had some real beauties in their company.
Jeanne Crain, 1 of the truly beautiful Red-heads of All-Time, she's right up there with Rhonda Fleming, Arlene Dahl, and Maureen O'Hara. Simply just to gorgeous for words. 5 Stars
and i forgot to say she reminds me of another amaing funny and talented star/legend paulette goddard idk why? but i think they resemble each other alot xxx
I love her. These photos are great of her. A very good actress indeed. The movies I've seen her in, she wasn't playing glamourous roles, just average people. I see here she made very many movies. She died fairly recently I thought. Good job.
Keep em Coming, Your Series on The Great Actors and Actress of years gone by,just get better. The Effort that you put into these is just Outstanding. Thanks again.

Hollywood of today hates wonderful like this IMO.
The best perfomers like Pickffords should have had seven children too.

I loved Vicki and Margie. I have yet to see her in State Fair, though I know she sings very well.

Jeanne Crain had many qualities` a mixture
of magic grace and a mysterious haunting
Beauty, like a fine oil painting in a gold leaf frame. Yes she was indeed Beautiful*
but most of all Timeless.
Excellent
