Arresting that guy would not change what happened at all, but self righteous police think it does. In this godless world we seem to be immersed in fear with fear givers everywhere.
@kobidobidog I think there would definitely be a case for accidental killing, but as he's now driving down the road with the body in the trunk it's going to be very hard to argue that lol. Of course I still agree with you, however, if you were a family member of the deceased would you feel the same? Perhaps some accident happened and your kid was killed? Or your wife? etc etc... They are very difficult situations with no easy answer.
@snaz27 Whatever happened let us learn from it. The most important thing is for there to be repentance on the part of the one who spoke words not seasoned with salt. Then God will forgive him. Humans jailing him will not solve a thing. I see beyond this life. To me the soul saved is of far more worth than the pysical body. Showing mercy saves the soul Do you hear me? There is no reason to war for war avoids the narrow road that leads unto life eternal. Let us learn from what happened.
@kobidobidog Again I would like to see you say that if one of your children were killed! It's nice rhetoric and totally dependant on whether you believe in god or not... Regardless of my thoughts on the matter of god I of course agree with mercy, however, if it was my family I'm not quite sure I could forgive it, it of course all depends on the circumstance!
The guy getting to live in another guys house is a con artist getting a human that wants to say no ending up saying yes, and he is feeling like he is regretting his yes. His fear cause him to get curious, and his curiosity by reason of his fear became his undoing killing someone one howbeit by accident, but whoever would not know that. There is the fear of getting kill led which is the devil in the soul of a human, and there is the fear given by police too. Jesus in us does not give fear.
This was actually quite awesome. However the acting stroke me as a little forced and overdone at times, it could go smoother. But all in all, I really liked this, exciting story too!
@jwharvey123 Glad you liked the story, perhaps check out some of my other acting work, some it doesn't have swearing in it. ;) Also, subscribe if you like what you see!
@TurtleBait97 Awesome, thanks for checking it out! I'm glad you enjoyed it as well, perhaps check out "Part 2 of 2" to see the ending and let me know how you like it.
Damnit! I have been doing film alot since I was like, 7 or 8 but I just can never learn how to get good camera angles. I'm pretty good at editing butt the camera angles! There is like nowere in sweden that you can buy a tripod and my camera is tiny. Any tips? Ps I subbed:)
@MrLukalindh Well it's always great to talk to people who are so interested in film!! I'm actually thinking about transitioning into doing the production side as well (aside from the acting) Tips? Just write all your own material, get a Canon 7D or Canon 5D Mark 2, get tutorials on how to build your own dolly and tripod and then start acting in all of your written material, that's KINDA what I do, getting closer and closer to doing that ALL myself is my goal...Check out "Part 2 of 2!"
@andymarkantonatos I'm really glad you liked it, and gold, well that's a pretty generous statement, thank you. Check out Part 2 of 2 and let me know what you think of the ending of the film.
@skasso12 I'm not gonna lie I did get a tad bit of inspiration from him for this character, particularly his character from 'Zombie Land.' Check out "Part 2 of 2" and let me know what you think of the ending and subscribe as well!

@Cheyemos i never made any film but i seen alot of films and it's just a recommendation maybe having the music can make the movie intresting idk anyway goodluck!
@xxxcountymusicxxx Thanks, I'm very glad you can see the genius behind this film, so thank you. Make sure to check out "Part 2 of 2" to see how it ends! :)
However, other than that I liked it. Keep up the job and try improving on the things I pointed out. Note: I'm not an acting teacher or a professional director, so my opinions are solely from the perspective of a viewer.
I like what you tried doing. This film was enjoyable, but just a suggestion from a viewer. As far as the acting goes, you might want both characters to try and show more genuine emotion. It seems like the expressions are static, which makes it boring after a few minutes since it doesn't introduce anything new to the characters. Also, try working on scripts that fit the characters personality. I understood what you tried doing, but I feel as if the characters meant to say their scriptsdifferently
@701leo Welp, make sure to check out "Part 2 of 2" and let me know what you think of the ending, and check out some of my other acting work and subscribe!! XD
@clover36952 No problem, BUT did you watch "Part 2 of 2" that's where it gets good!! :) Make sure to subscribe and check out some of my other acting work, too!!
For some weird reason I feel like at the beginning during the office scene a narrator would have been interesting. Kinda like the guy at the computer thoughts. And then they were rudely interrupted by the dude in the hat. But I'm sure its not that type of film. Sure it's just me, just got that vibe.
@MultiAwall That's actually not a bad idea and I think it might have fit the theme of the movie if they would have done that throughout the entire film...
@Cheyemos Cool by the way and congrats on actually getting a short done. Is this a dark comedy ? Kinda got that vibe as well. Did the main character suspect his friend of the murders? If so maybe the bad guy could've been a bit more subtle with where he had his gun, maybe he'd be more skiddish with the bag instead of leaving it in plain site. I feel the character doesn't match the character he may turn out to be. But other than that GREAT JOB!! :)
ok I hope I don't offend anyone but you asked for my opinion, I feel the scenes are too long you need to edit them shorter by that I mean don't take too long going from scene to scene, your scoring needs a lot of work, loose the guy in the hat really bad acting almost looks like a joke some camera angles were out of place but if your a beginner your doing fine, just try to be original leave it to hollywood to be repetitious, they repeat the same story year after year and everyone buys it!!!
@The123tester No offense taken, that's what free speech is all about! I will say however that I was only an actor in this ( Lead- Dan Docker) and I had no control over the production side of things. Make sure to subscribe and check out "Part 2 of 2" and let me know what you think.
cool film man. good acting. one thing tho there was a camera angle or two that kinda seemed outa place. for example the dialogue part i dont think really needed the that one random establishing shot. by the guy walking around the cubicles you already get that they are in a cubicle so the shot seemed unneccessary.
@Teslaindustries Thanks man, glad you enjoyed the first part. Yeah you have a valid point, although I just acted in this particular film ( the lead- Dan Docker) so I didn't have any control over the production side of things. Maybe subscribe to my channel and check out "Part 2 of 2" and let me know what you think! :)

@Cheyemos Yes sir! The one and only Marky mark and the funky bunch haha. I'll make sure to subscribe! Also, if you guys are looking for some original music, drop me a line. I'm sure I can whip something up :)
@MusicProjector Very cool!! I'm glad a fellow die hard film maker like yourself enjoyed 'Part 1' be sure to check out "part 2 of 2" and let me know what you think!! Also, consider subscribing and sharing with your industry friends. :)
I kinda like the story:) I'm an actress myself and I have to say that overall it's good but to me, when I watch this, it feels like the actors wait too much for the other persons line:)
@MarieCarro Well glad you watched it, it's always great to have other actors watch your work. Interesting, that could be part of the editing to, not necessarily actors. :)
@Dylanjraub Interesting, I guess I could see that...If you get a chance subscribe and check out 'Part 2 of 2' and tell me what you think of the ending of the film.
It was great. "Fucking great." Haha, I loved the camera angles, and the characters. The only thing I think was a tad off was the music, it was a little, off with the mood. But I subscribed, and liked on facebook. Cheers.
@RhinoKlox Glad you liked it! Perhaps check out 'Part 2 of 2' to see how the film ends...Oh and by the way it didn't let you subscribe, something about Youtube lately that makes the subscribe button not work the way it should.
I like it. It is a good piece. The music through the mood off a little though and it seems you jumped to quickly into the story. I didn't even get to know much about friend who gets shot or a background story to how they know each other. I know it is a short film but even so you have to give your audience a little more information. The acting was very good. The main character did the best job at that. Im NOT trashing the vid. I liked it very much. just a few editing and storyline quarks is all.
@95yates Thanks a bunch. I really appreciate the feeback, it's always nice to hear constructive critisim, it helps put perspective on diffenent facets of the film. Thanks a bunch for subscribing as well!!
@SHPGaming Good point, the export of the film wasn't the greatest, still working on getting a good export. Check out 'Part 2 of 2' and let me know what you think of the ending and perhaps subscribe!
@natchproductions Yeah that was one of my favorite scenes to film as an actor. Make sure to check out 'Part 2 of 2' to see the ending and perhaps subscribe to my channel if you like it!
@KingTimmahBEE Thanks a bunch dude, I appreciate it. Make sure to subscribe and check out the ending of this film 'Part 2 of 2' and let me know what you think of Dockers ending performance (me.)
Good film, let me give some constructive criticism:
-Your actor makes it obvious that he is avoiding the camera, tell him to relax, and tell him to avoid having his head down, it breaks the illusion of the movie.
-Try to put more time into the music scores, they could be way better.
-Play with the lightning techniques to give a better ambience.
its really great film with an even better story but I'd just say to try and work on the facial expressions. Sure at first it seems pretty mature but as the story went on i was really like "damn this is good!" it can be tough being a beginner i know cuz i still am one and i get pretty awkward with acting but this was really great! Well done! Better than i could lol!
Really good job. The camera angles were really nice unlike other short films I've seen. Do you plan on maing this a career? I'm sure you have the potential.
@imurjesus1 Great feedback, I really appreicate it, however I can only take credit as an actor (I played the lead- Dan Docker) as I didn't have a whole lot to do with the production side of things...Make sure to check out "Part 2 of 2" and let me know what you think. OH and please subscribe as well!!
@armandux1productions Thanks a bunch, I really appreciate it!! Make sure to check out "Part 2 of 2" to see how the film ends and let me know how you like it! :)
to be honest i dont usually watch have the vids sent to me in my inbox but as i musician i totally respect the arts and i have no doubt you could make it big in the acting bizz

I kinda like the story:) I'm an actress myself and I have to say that overall it's good but to me, when I watch this, it feels like the actors wait too much for the other persons line:)
MarieCarro 7 months ago
@MarieCarro Well glad you watched it, it's always great to have other actors watch your work. Interesting, that could be part of the editing to, not necessarily actors. :)

It was great. "Fucking great." Haha, I loved the camera angles, and the characters. The only thing I think was a tad off was the music, it was a little, off with the mood. But I subscribed, and liked on facebook. Cheers.

1 thing ruined the movie kinda, NO widescreen?! IT doesnt look like a movie when its all in a little box. Other than that, excellent!
SHPGaming 7 months ago

Good film, let me give some constructive criticism:
-Your actor makes it obvious that he is avoiding the camera, tell him to relax, and tell him to avoid having his head down, it breaks the illusion of the movie.
-Try to put more time into the music scores, they could be way better.
-Play with the lightning techniques to give a better ambience.
But overall it's good for an amateur film! :D

its really great film with an even better story but I'd just say to try and work on the facial expressions.
