  • dont these people have hearts????

  • I had no idea this went on in my country..i thought we were better that this..this needs to stop not just here but EVERYWHERE!

  • i use to wear vintage fur...but after watching this i will never wear fur again. nothing is worth this....

  • disgustingly cruel

  • we are beasts,we must leave these creatures alone,at least not torture them

  • if i was the camera person i would have to let them all loose

  • DISGRACEFUL!!!

  • What you people don't realize is that this video is HIDEOUSLY biased because I have seen these things and they are the spawn of satan/devil incarnate how ever you wish to put it. They actaully almost ate a guy's face off. Im not kidding.

  • @GLynn4421 what a surprise, a wild animal did what nature intended it to do when in danger. that doesnt give anyone a right to kill them. the only reason its bias at all is because some people are more tolerant of animal cruelty than others. like you. you made yourself look quite moronic.

  • i live in ireland and i am discrased of what the irish roi have done 2 these butiful dogs why...why

  • yall niggas needa b killd this should be illegal

  • I hate these PETA supporting dumaasses, the death is fairly humane and this is just the way nature works. Smarter animals use lesser animals to live, whether it's for food or for (what I believe to be) the world's best garment material (whether you're atheist or religious) there isn't really anything wrong with this.

  • @HipHopIsDeadMohsin And exactly what have the animals done to deserve being kept in nasty cages for their entire lives and then slaughtered for their fur? HAVE they done anything to deserve it?

The answer is NO. The animals have done NOTHING to deserve this SHIT. Whether you care or not, it is a fact that you can't argument against.

AND the way nature works? Last time I heard, shitty steel cages didn't exist naturally in the nature.....

  • Everyperson involved in the Cruelty to Animals for their Fur, should be hunt down and Assinated Shot!

Would it have been great if A Hitler was against it, and not the Jews! Would have shot the Lot of the Scum bags!

  • @ALightMasquerade lets see...barren cage, rusty wire floors, animals pacing neurotically...alright lives my ass. these stereotypical behaviors are a sign of stress and intense boredom, any veterinarian will tell you that. animals on fur farms often self mutilate, fight, eat their young etc.. you think thats okay? would you keep your dog in a tiny cage like this? and then electrocute him for his fur?

  • @Nutto666 This is just one of the fur farms in the world. Yes, there are quite a few inhumane fur farms out there, and there always will be. They're mostly undercover though, because in a lot of countries there are laws that regulate how animals are treated. I know America and Canada have these laws at least. I own pelts, yes, but I know for a fact that the two sources I buy from are humane. One is a fur farm and the other is a hunter/trapper. I always check my sources before I buy.

  • Really, i cannot begin to understand how humans are allowed away with these sort of business practices & ethics.

  • after saving the critters....Burn it Down!

  • i would burn that place to the ground !

  • @gothicshred1 AFTER, you saved the cuteness. :o

  • =( Thats so cruel

  • Also, people, before you think about freeing animals from fur farms, THINK ABOUT THE ENVIRONMENT!! Minks and foxes in fur farms are larger and more successful at reproducing than their natural counterparts...already that could spell serious trouble. Their color differences could do harm enough. BUT THEY MIGHT ALSO NOT BE NATIVE TO THE AREA IF RELEASED! People have let the animals loose before, only to have them have to be killed off because they were ruining the native ecosystem! THINK FIRST!

  • Gotta say, it'd be nicer if these guys had bigger cages. They looks like they're in good health, just got energy that they can't get out so well. The nesting boxes for the minks looked about right though. But, they do get good meals (as is evidence by their increased size compared to their wild counterparts), vaccines, and shelter...free from harm from nature. They should make the law allow for larger cages!

  • For a fucking fur coat or some lining or some such frill these animals a driven mad because they can't live the way they are naturally intended to. Indeed, what is wrong with this rotten world?

  • No different than what we do to chickens

  • Man has dominion over the animals.

  • What is rong with the fucken world!!!!

  • well, the animals all seemed physically intact and relatively healthy. Norway has much more decrepit facilities from the videos I've seen.

Just reinforces my conclusion-If you wan to wear fur you should kill it yourself in the wild. All those critters running free would mean devastation of the environment.

  • If any more Mink were set free here the native species of fish and birds would be totally fucked.

  • These animals are not being treated humanly, they are not supposed to spend their lives locked in cages and killed for the sole purpose for fashion. You also have to note that many furs from different animals go in to one coat. The fur is organised by colour an size, not where they come from,so a coat could have a small amount of fur from farms in Ireland (where the animals are killed a little more humanly but not treated so).......

  • @Kabousha .......but the rest of the coat could from china, where the animals are often skinned alive our bludgeoned to death in order to protect the fur. So its very unlikely the fur you wear will come from animals that were treated humanly. The sooner that fur farming is banned in Ireland the better. (greens have gone up in my book) How anyone can justify wearing fur is beyond me.

  • Look at the rules and regulations on fur farms people! It is HUMANE. Only the fur farms that don't follow such regulations are the bad ones. Animals in fur farms that have been inspected and approved of are taken good care of!

  • and BTW foxes and minks know NO LIFE outside of those cages THEY WERE BORN IN THOSE CONDITIONS FOR GENERATIONS, if you let them out THEY'RE JUST GOING TO DIE, so go ahead and set them free, not only will you get charged for stolen property, but also destruction of property and tresspassing :/

  • thats actually decent for fur farms, its not perfect but its not bad :/ just needs to be cleaned a little bit and the minks need to be spread out a bit more. thats all...stop bitching about how cruel it is, therye not dying, minks run around like that when they're excited and curious about things :/ and the foxes are in FINE condition. tehy have room to run around, and can sit down and lay down, BAD FUR FARMS KEEP THEM IN TINY CRATES. Learn about fur farms and stop assuming they're bad :/

  • Sure we can all say OH thats cruel! How could they? Why? Idon'tlike it! Thats horrible. They SHOULD stop. Someone SHOULD do something....ahhh you all...Lip service makes us look great doesn't it? Then stop talking here and do something if you're so against it. Don't ask what can you do, go find out how you can help stop it and stop giving meaningless head nodding and lip serice!

  • I wish humans would just die, these bastards should be chainsaw'd to death for doing such mean stuff to these gorgeous and cute animals :(

  • fucking sick hate that i live here and that they allow this to happen!! how can people simply let fur farming go on there is no real need for fur like honestly people in years to come do ya want yours kids seeing pretty animals and being told you had a fur coat?? sick

  • fucking sick hate thats i live here and that they allow this to happen!!

  • why would they do that what if i took their hair off or skinned them thats hows animals feel >:C animal cruelty yo! so stupid and evil like why would you do that >:C

  • @Brynja8 the animals are killed before it is skinned, thats not china, only china skins animals alive.

  • @Sagomekitsune124 oh okay good but still that's very mean :c

  • @Brynja8 They arent treated like pets, many are skinned alive and live for up to 2 hours with no skin lying in the back of a truck on top of many of their dead skinned family. Dont listen to him.

  • @hurro67 oh...D:

  • @hurro67 You know standard practice for killing on fur farms, right? Fur farms (excluding China) ARE heavily regulated. Standard practice for killing includes gassing for minks (a rather silent death, takes maybe 30 seconds to 3 minutes), and lethal injection for foxes is the only recommended method by fur farming regulations (just like vet offices). Skinning something alive would make a bad product, hurt the person working on it, and it's just WRONG and counts as animal cruelty (ILLEGAL).

  • @wolfforce58205 No. That is not the case. Foxes are generally electrocuted, via one electrode in the mouth, one anally. Don't comment on things you don't know anything about.

  • @MrDufarge Perhaps, but that's not always the case. Just as not all minks are gassed. That's why it's up to the person buying the fur to find out how the animal was killed, to support the least cruel way (in which case, electrocution is still a pretty darned fast way to go. Ever watched an animal struggle after being shot in the neck, or hit by a car? I have and it sucks horribly). Another reason not to support fur for fashion; never know the source. Don't say I don't know what I'm talking about

  • @wolfforce58205 Humane or not, the farming of carnivorous animals is bad for the environment. The intensive farming of livestock is already ecologically unsound. And when you're farming animals eg.poultry and in turn feeding them to carnivores, which you are in turn farming for their pelts, what you get is a disgustingly wasteful and frivolous industry. No one needs this garbage except the ones profiting from it.

  • @Nutto666 Technically speaking here, ANY mass farming is bad for the environment. Look up rice farming and how "good" it is for global warming. I know that here in the US agricultural farming is unsustainable with how quickly we use topsoil, water, and fossil fuels. And don't get my started on pesticides! My dad works in produce, and I used to live right in a HUGE ag. town...we had "no run" days at school to prevent us from breathing in too much of the pesticides from the fields around the town.

  • @Nutto666 ALso, fur farms buy up the unwanted "trash" from the meat/dairy/egg productions, and help RECYCLE it via food (just like pet foods do as well; Fido doesn't eat the same cuts of meat we do in his kibble, he eats the same stuff fur farmed animals do; hooves, bones, faces, innards, etc.) Livestock farming is ecologically unsound, naturally, especially since it depends on other farming that's already unsound for its food. Unless you grow your own or support small farms, it's all bad news.

  • Oh my good god, how on earth could people do that to animals? There are some sick people around. Those poor, poor animals :(

  • Anyone know where these fur farms are in ireland????

i might just get a group together and go out and free these animals, anyone with me?

ANimal Cruelty is Wrong and to think we irish are doing it here is disgraceful.

Lets do something about it...... Come on

  • @cammccaul No, don't know where they are, backyard outfits in every case. But my stolen weinmaraner died at the hands of Irish puppy farmers. She was stolen, they realised she was spayed, and 'passed' her on for a 'prey dog' in an illegal dog-fighting circuit. The people responsible paid a small price in comparison to her and the other 'useless breeding dogs' they stole for extortion.

  • @cammccaul if you do that the animals will die anyways, they know NO life outside those caged and were raised like that FOR GENERATIONS. go ahead and go kill them :3

  • @Sagomekitsune124 Well look at it this way ok. say if we humans where bore in cages and animals ruled us, used our skin for whatever........... so suppose your giving the chance to escape, would you not. id rather take my chances on the outside any day. one day of freedom would be worth more than a life like a prisoner.... its ok if you cant understand this, its probably because your dump...

  • Fur farms send their meat to go to animal food plants to be processed into their chow. dogs or cats or other animals that eat kibble.

the fur just isn't taken and the rest goes to waste.

  • @DLJmisty THANK YOU

  • @DLJmisty I didn't get the last part...?

  • @FunsizedBytch

well meaning The animals fur isn't just taken then the rest thrown away.

they use alot of the animals carcass for several other things that it could be used for or made into.

  • fucking ass holes!!!!! how can someone do that to an animal!!!! Can't wait until karma hits them!!!! I couldn't even kill an animal even if it were a quick and painless way!!!! Not even if I were starving!!!!

  • @Alycia2424 why?

  • @KytazX Cuz I love animals to death and if I were to kill an animal, I would live the rest of my life in agony!!! Oh and by the way, I am doing something about it!!! I volunteer at the bcspca!!!!

  • @Alycia2424 Do you eat meat, do you see how those animals are killed? WAY worse then fur farms, fur farms are killed with carbon monoxide or carbon dioxide. Wich is how most places kill animals in shelters :/ go ahead, tell me tahts cruel, CAUSE OMG THEYRE SKINNING THEM WHEN THEY'RE DEAD BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAW

  • @Sagomekitsune124 ummmmmm........ No I don't eat meat and no at the shelters they put them down quick and painlessly with a shot..... I will admit that I find it very sad but if the animals are in too much pain then I will go along with it but don't ask me to sit and watch! And at the spca, they don't do that to animals.... They do put them down when something happens to them but nothing what you said..... and Im sorry if what I say is confusing cuz I just woke up and very very tired.

  • seems th animal are stir crazy from confinment

  • @irishbollix no thats thier way of entertainment, and showing excitment, they know no life outside of those cages.

  • Fur farms when done correctly i have no problem with. If the farmer kills the animal humanely before skinning, i see no problem at all. Yes the animals should have more room than what is being shown here, this would allow the animal to have more exercise, grow faster, and possibly have better fur!!!

  • Oh my gosh, they're all so cute ;A; I really wanna let them out of their cages and let 'em run free!

  • @MizuTakishima3 AND DIE FROM STARVATION DAYS LATER, GOOD JOB.

    idiot.

  • @MizuTakishima3 yeah just cause they're cute >,>

  • A ban on fur farming would not do much good as long a furgarment can be imported though. I wouold guess that conditions on fur farms outside the EU could be much worse. There are even reports of animals being skinned alive which is banned in Ireland.

  • @Paxification skinning alive is only done in china

  • Poor creatures. They are highly stressed from having to live in those tiny cages, you can tell they are stressed because of their constant repetitive movements. I don't know what to think about the banning of fur farms in Ireland because what they do in China is even worse, they skin the animals alive, I've seen videos of it and they are disgusting.

  • @nicdhim they dont know a life outside those cages, how do you know they're stressed?

  • Lets hope FF allow the Greens implement their policies in relation to the removal of fur farming in Ireland. Tho i doubt its top on their list with the current economic climate. I doubt it would take very little time and effort to establish legislation making it illegal for fur farming in Ireland. While it will have a negative impact on those rural communities who "benefit" from such a trade. The gov should supply alternative industries and services for such people who work in this sector

  • Those are such beautiful creatures...

  • @gaelicwolf Be even more beautiful as a garment

  • @Smaug0829 You think a luxury item made from dead creatures is more beautiful than the living creatures it was made from?

  • Both are beautiful, I have hunted for the better part of 30 years, if i hunt it i eat it might as well use the fur too. If i do not eat the meat, someone i know takes the meat and eats it, Nothing goes to waste. Hunters and trappers are conservationists first. While hunting over the weekend i saw much wildlife, deer, raccoons, squirrel, rabbit, owls, hawks, guess what did not kill anything.

  • What happen to the meat from fur farm animals, then? Is it fed to dogs or some other animal, or simply thrown out? I have no problem with hunting, but it appears to me that these poor animals are only bred & raised for their pelts.

  • Don't know, but if the farmer is smart he will find someone to buy the meat. I am glad to see you have no problems with hunting. I know of trappers that will use the carcass of a harvested animal as bait for predators (coyote, bobcat, foxes ect.) so the carcass is used to feed the predators and improve the success rate of harvesting of these predators.

  • @Smaug0829 the meat goes to dog food/cat food comapanies, its the "by products" in the dog food.

  • @gaelicwolf it is fed to dogs and cats, its the by product of meat in dog and cat foods.

  • @gaelicwolf i sure think it is :3 taxidermy is an art form, it takes understanding an animal and how it moves, and im going to be a taxidermist <3 i dont support fur for fashion though

  • oh wow i think thats a platnum fox, i bet ya if they keep the feet on that sucker some people would pay around 250 for it. plus i see some white mark foxes. alot of them i believe are still pups not ready to be harvested for their fur yet. i would love to have a few my self, i love fur farms

i dont see any problem with it, would you rather people go out a kill all the wild foxes then keep the wild more safe and breed them. alot of those foxes can never go out into the wild. they would die.

  • No, I would rather see people being less greedy - fur is an absolutely unnecessary product. There are (sadly) plenty of meat animals killed for slaughter, far more than we need (again because of greed!), whose fur and skin can be used for leather. To cause any living creature to suffer so much unnecessarily and to think it's ok just because they are not like us is in my opinion not much different to what happened in concentration camps or slave camps.

  • fur farmers should be shot and skinned

  • @blondegurl38 why cause theyr'e killing cute lil animals, you dont think pigs or cows are cute? so they get to die, i support fur farms, they're more humane then any other farming industry.

  • Killing animals for their fur is an unnecessary evil. The way they are killed is beyond that. Join the population against it. Click on my username to find out more (1 minute video).

  • this is fccking pathetic how some one can even use a real fur and they take that fur away like that way oh my fccking god i would kill all of those fur farmers... some old bitches just are saying: ''OOHHHHHH FAKE FUR IS NOT ENOUGH FOR ME I WANT REAL FUR I WANT REAL FUR '' FCCKING B*TCHES!!!!!!!!!! IM PISSED OFF ABOUT THAT THAT SOMEONE WANTS TO DO A JOB LIKE THIS TO GET MONEY, I WOULDN'T HURT ANIMAL AAAAANYWAY EVEN IF SOMEBODY WOULD PAY ME 1000,00000,00000 DOLLARS!!! I WOULD KICK THEIR ASS!

  • @cherryboomie i have lots of fur and i love them ;3 well i have fur pelts not fur jackets, tahts a waste, i love fur places that use everything, the meat, the bones, the claws the faces, everything, those are good fur farms, and maybe to spite you i'll just be a fur farmer after i learn how to do taxidermy :3

  • I can't believe this is happening to those poor animals ... It's so unfair to them.

    And just for money.

    We are beasts!

  • @JoJoOfficialOne they're practically treated like pets :3 dont worry they're in no harms way, theyr'e seen by vets and vaccinated regularly, and live about 8 years before they are killed for thier fur, WAY LONGER then how long they would live in the wild.

  • @Sagomekitsune124 Oh shut up you fucking retard. They dont get treated like pets, they live in a cage 23 hours a day and leave to only be checked for illnesses to make sure it doesnt ruin their precious fur you fucking dumbass. Arrghhh

  • the things that people will do to make money.its shocking!

  • @MrJonnyboyification and what about puppy farms and how cows and pigs are killed :/ just cause foxes are cute means we gotta SAVE THEM, i buy fur all the time, i love it and im gonna be a taxidermist and make them beautiful again.

  • It's not only 'left wing liberals' who regard this type of thing as disgusting as indeed are many but not all zoos and certainly all circuses that use animal abuse as entertainment.

  • @MleCamembert i agree

  • Those aren't real fur farms. They are setup by left wing liberals who try to portray fur farms as cruel places when in fact fur farmers were the first ones to write humane care guidelines for animal husbandry. PETA is for the abolishment of animal use. That includes zoos, circuses, pets, pet stores, etc. They dont care how people care for animals, they just want them gone.

  • @dpedwards08 thanks!

  • this is so sad...how can people do this to animals???

  • @TwilightIsLife92 because they're treated humanly and killed humanly.

  • Those animals are in great condition! Whats the big deal? They are killed quickly and painlessly via CO2 gas.

  • WTF Dude ?? It's disgusting what they do to these animals and the conditions they're kept in....have a bit of compassion!

  • @dpedwards08 THANK YOU I AGREE
