In real history Nobunaga was a really bad ruler in the beginning until one of his officers commited suicide to get his attention. It worked and from that moment on he was a changed man and he went onto become the most powerful warlord in Japan.
This ending is a homage to that, Mitsuhide doesn't draw his sword and gets Nobunaga to kill him, then you see in his Gaiden stage Nobunaga is willing to change... to become a better ruler.

samurai warriors is better then dynasty warriors. it just seems that... koei put more effort and thought into it, maybe because it was new and not demanded by fans so thay had the time to make these games what thay are, thats y sw2 was made along time after sw and same with sw2 xl. the only thing i dident like was the fact that empires was made after xl, so we dident get the new weps and stages and playable people. but its still awsome. hopefully sw3 will be another oustanding game.
Yeah,I felt the same at some of the character's voice actors changing, especially my favorite,Shingen's. The Bato(Ghost in the Shell) voice actor fit him well.
I don't know the details of how to do it myself, but if you want advice, you should talk to someone who makes AMVs, since that's essentially what you'd be making.
