QOS is probably the most non-stop action of any Bond film ... Craig admitted he had to train harder and be more fit for the stunts - which i can understand ... i quite like it =D
i love the car noises with the chaotic gunfire. Also the fading of the noises is very well done. I love to turn the speakers up at 1:01. The way the engine noise is fading in... ....just perfect!
Definetly on of the best intros for bond, although i really like A View To A Kill, this really cuts the cake, and Craig makes it even better! He is the true addaption of flemings books, none of that gadget bs,
I just noticed that Bond is not wearing the same ensemble he sported at the end of Casino Royale. In Royale, he had a three-suit on. Here, he's missing the vest.
@tdragonxp I agree. He is the most ruthless Bond so far. Not to take anything from the actors before him but Daniel Craig is my favorite Bond at this point. I don't know how much truth there is to this but I heard this version of the character resembles Ian Fleming's concept. Again, I'm taking nothing away from the previous actors but Craig makes the other Bond's look like suckaz.
I liked QOS and I like it more each time I see it, mainly b/c I understand more of what's going on and why. The intro, as is the case with many of the Bonds, is indicative of the film itself: It's got great action but moves too fast to really involve the audience; there's no break where you can take a breath and catch up. Also, it feels unnecessarily claustrophobic, much like later action scenes in the film, such as the boat chase. The titles sequence, on the other hand, is one of my favorites.
@jksonny I agree w/ you. I prefer it to Casino Royale: The soundtrack to this film is incredible. First time seeing it in the theatre was swift & merciless. But it gets better w/ each rewatch. & I've rewatched it COUNTLESS times. I love that 007 is so pissed. LOVE that.
that intro music is so ugly, it sounds like Justin Bieber found a Jimmy Hendrix preset

Did they commit the cardinal sin of not having the classic James bond turn-and-shoot barrel POV opening?!
