@munyime I think you just misunderstood. Imelda Marcos said that there was a LAW that every country had the right 200 kilometers away from the land and Spratly is just 89 kilometers away from Palawan.

Kaya nga disputed dba, tama nmn si Madam, kaya nga kini claim din yan ng China kc meron din Natural Law na historically, ung spratly daw ay galing sa isla ng China. ( IN my personal view)
