God bless, I think any money spent on helping people eat is money well spent. I agree also that perhaps the stores should sell some of there dated products super cheap rather than trashing them, I know they are worried about getting sued, but perhaps there could be a warning that the food is dated, and anyone who puchases does so at there own risk.
People today should study the edible weeds that they can forage for. it takes a bit of study as there are poisonous lookalikes, but a lot of these edible weeds have an excellent nutritional profile and emit 66 megahertz healing frequency as well. or grow wheatgrass for juice. Because at aldi's they mostly stock pure garbage in terms of nutritional value. just saying, if your homeless you need more energy, not less.

I recieve $150 in food stamps and make only $700/month. I just shopped for groceries and used $47 for one week. I only got 15 items, I got my basics like meat, bread, milk, canned goods yet I will have to strect it for 14 meals. I rarely eat breakfast. It is so hard when a can of tuna is $.79. I get the off brands on everything and take advantage of sales.
