  • One sentence sums up the saddest part of him.

"I could do so much more. SO MUCH MORE!!!"

  • So very well done, the Doctor needs to be with his Rose.....I can dream :)

  • They have a like and a dislike button. They need a LOVE button for videos like this!! Very nicely done. Thanks for sharing.

  • lets just say I cried

  • Rose and the doctor somehow.... yah... they need to be married in the end.

  • Yes! Doctor who with Lord of the rings music!

  • Excellent

  • WOW this is fantastic!!

  • It's the tragedy of his loneliness that elevates this beyond any old TV show. You nailed it.

  • the lonely god must always be alone for when happyness hits his hearts sorrow must forever follow, to crush and destroy the mind, one must be alown to remember the loss and pain

  • in the slow mo walk in the tux, he does look swish (Y)

  • This was beautiful! Well done, it made me tear up a little.

Great music and quotes, what is the song? It kinda sounds like Lord of the Rings to me...

  • @JustPlainAud Thank you! It is indeed LOTR. The song is called The Grey Havens. :)

  • Beautiful!

  • Meh didn't really touch me...

His name is the Doctor, and, Who Wants to Live Forever.. Now THEY are good.

  • I find it very inovative of you that you would sometimes show the clip of thier mouths moving and then following it you would play the audio of that clip shortly after the visuale finished

  • @hobbesrs Thank you for that. :) I was hoping people wouldn't mistake that for me goofing up the audio. I was trying to portray sort of a dream/nightmare feel to that part.

  • I like your video, but calling him a god is just too much.

  • @psxwarrior ...it's only a quote from the show.

  • @psxwarrior Why? As Arthur C. Clarke said, any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic. -We- know the Doctor is fallible because we directly follow his adventures, but to a more distant observer, he is effectively omnipresent, omniscient, and omnipotent. Add on the effect of mythology -- how tales become more fantastic in their retelling -- multiplied across all the places and times he's visited, and he indeed becomes a god in every way that matters.

  • @psxwarrior I wholly disagree. In the Who universe Time Lords were akin to a god. The Lonely God, The Oncoming Storm, The Lonely Angel... That is who he is.

  • @Ponchoandy Well, they can call them what they want, but it doesn't matter. Someone who's a god can see everything, do everything, be everywhere at the same time, isn't limited to what his physical body can do, and last time I checked, God cannot be killed, as the Doctor has been shown to be.

  • @psxwarrior lawl christian newb

  • @KrazyTrumpeter05 Whatever. My girlfriend and myself both love Doctor Who. In fact, we are both Who maniacs, but we have only one God, and His name is Jesus Christ.

  • @psxwarrior hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

  • David was the best doctor. period. no one else.

  • I creied watching this =')

It just shows you how much the doctor has lost. Amazing work!

  • This made me cry. Thank you.

  • that was absolutely brilliant!!!

  • Tears, dammit. I've got tears. That was pretty much inevitable combining the music from a part of LotR that makes me cry with a lot of painful images from DW. Worth it, though. This vid is absolutely beautiful.

  • simply? This was Perfect.

  • What a great video. I won't say it's happy, but... it's beautifully sad. Especially around 4.45. Favourited!

  • OMG that was beautiful

  • so sad and so pianful

  • everytime i hear this song i feel at total peace

  • Wow, thank you very much!

  • Good catch! Yes it is. :) The song is "The Grey Havens".

  • i really don't like the sound editing, sorry

  • OMG How is it possible that I had missed that one ????

OMG that is so depressing I just want to hug him tight and never break his hearts ...

Such a powerful and emotional video !!!!!

  • Thank you so much for that. If I can be a bit...um...immodest, I really, really love this video. After Journey's End I had so much inspiration for it. I only hope I do as well with a longer video I have planned for after he dies.

  • Well you're right to love it, being proud of your work is not like boasting about it

Wow don't say after he dies, that he's far too dramatic, okay Ten won't be any more but The Doctor won't die... Still I'm going to cry so much when he regenerates and it is goig to be very hard and moving to have to say goodbye... I haven't recovered from Ianto's death yet so I cannot imagine how it will be when Ten is gone... I don't want to think about it for now...

  • Yeah, it's going to be terribly sad. :( Though, I've had to learn to get used to the idea, as I'm a member of a DW fan board, so it gets talked about and speculated over a *lot*. I will be a mess when it happens, but at least now I've gotten used to hearing about it. ;)

  • Holy Crap dbvixxen, that was absolutely amazingly beautiful but same time friggin heart wrenching because we're seeing over and over the Doctor getting his heart ripped to shreds and he doesn't deserve that at all :.( Bravo to you!

  • wow, that was sooo beautiful and brilliant! fantastic job! :)

  • That was absolutely beautiful, so much so that I can't think of any other way to describe it.

  • That was awesome. I love the "lonely god" theme they have in nuWho.

  • Thank you! (I assume this is Elmtree from Gallifrey Base? :)) I love the theme as well. It works very well, and really only is an enhanced version of a theme that's been going through the entire show since the beginning. He just seems to be feeling it more keenly in his old age and since he's the last of his kind.

  • yep, same Elmtree :)

  • Thank you! It's fantastic!

  • This is so beautiful and sad!! Poor Doctor! I love the Lord of the Rings music.

  • lotr music? huh

  • Yet another brilliant video

    Very moving

Keep making stunning videos like these please

    I subscribed to you <3

  • This is absolutely brilliant. The Grey Havens music has always made me cry, and putting it with heartbreaking clips from Doctor Who was wonderful. This is literally one of the best vids I have ever seen. You did really well here.

  • Oh my... this is the tird time I have watched this vid and all three times I have had tears streamin down my face, wonderfully done!!!!!

  • What is the music? It's beautiful also.

  • It's "The Gray Havens" from Lord of the Rings, Return of the King.

  • Beautiful. Made me cry.

  • omg i wanted to cry, so sad and beautifully done but what is the music please tell me :)

  • The music is the last song on the Lord of The Rings Return of the King soundtrack..I think its called home again.

  • Actually, according to the ID, it's called The Gray Havens, but close enough. :)

  • thanks so much, i had a feeling it was Lord of The Rings but wanted to be sure :)

  • that was soooo beutiful!! i am in love with doctor who and its so sad.

  • beautiful :)

  • This is absolutely beautiful! Thank you for re-uploading it!

  • Very welcome! And thanks for the compliment.

  • Wow! This is so sad, but beautifully done!

  • Thanks!

  • Good on you for re-uploading! It was very lovely :D

  • Ha, thanks for that! :D I've been lucky with disputing claims, so I felt ballsy enough to do it. ;)

  • Beautiful. I felt myself tear up. It a wonderful Video.

  • Thank you. :)

  • Absolutely gorgeous!

I love that you havent used many effects and transitions, because with all the quotes and music you really dont need to.

    Made me blub =D

    Brilliant! Keep them coming!

  • Thank you so much. :) Yeah, I like my videos simple, though I still experiment with effects and transitions from time to time.
