Haha! Religious persecution! How about being unqualified and biased against science and history? Nope, had to be religious persecution. If I were to expect people to teach everyone they are being controlled by extraterrestrials and I'm removed from my position, it is clearly an act of "persecution".
Why is it so popular to disparage and belittle the Creationist? I believe it’s because it’s so "popular" to do so. The leftist media feeds us our opinions, and we love to regurgitate what we so easily swallow, pejoratives and all, spiced with appropriate levels of cynicism. Well hooray for the David’s who take on the media and "academic" Goliaths!

Typical liberal dismissing opinions without actually watching them. Did you see the second half where the creationist was made to look like an idiot? Do you consider opinions that are different than your own? If you don't, you'll never learn and you'll be as ignorant as you are now for the rest of your life. Please try to watch Fox rather than laugh at it. It's biased, but you won't hear republican opinions anywhere else.
Creationists look like idiots because their positions are impossible to defend. There is not a debate in science so there should not be a debate in a science class.
Eagles, if that was a comment directed at me you're pushing at an open door. I teach evolutionary psychology at a university. There's nothing in here that suggests Tucker doesn't believe in evolution. He's just reporting on the situation.
Also, as a teacher of science, I do not want to be used by the state to indoctrinate children against their will. If the parents want to deny their kids access to science, it's sad, but it's not my business.
I was not saying that Tucker denied evolution or accepted creationism. Rather, I was denying that the report was made to be bias against creationism and make the creationist look like an idiot.
Well ya I guess, he should have been punished, the idiot

Note, Tucker is a libertarian, not a republican.
