@DoughnutMan01: Correct. I never have or never will captain a sports team. My experience lies in strategic man-management which is strictly outcome driven. Johnson failed to have any idedntifiable outcomes, other than keeping has-been old mates happy and pedalling out platitudes about giving 100% (yawn).
