Man, this happens all the time in CoD4.

For example, let's say you have M4+stopping power perk. I takes 4 shots to take down the enemy at long distance and even if you have almost no recoil, it still takes at least half of mag.

... You're a retard, smitt. He was zoomed in for the same amount of time before each shot. He may have actually been zoomed in longer the first shot. Plus, I've quick aimed and shot people and killed them before. It's possible, you're just an idiot.
