The song is called "star piano ver. 1" as you can see in the credits... the real problem however is the name is too "vague" I think as you won't really get any results searching for it - asking for the name of the circle/artist that made the song or even the album would be a lot more helpful

@BestMADsOfAllTime2 actually technically according to the lore. alice is actually a doll with a faux soul. marissa is the only TRUE human in Gensokyou. She became invincible due to her power. Basically she became so powerful that she gained immortality
