It may be torture but it keeps them from moving so the needle wont snap off in the leg or them grab it and have to do it all over again!

But it's not torture! They are just giving you something that will help to prevent you from experiencing real torture. Which would you rather? That you have a very brief moment of pain or a really horrible illness. And anyway, it doesn't hurt that much. How would you feel if you broke your leg?

Well, since baby my parents told me whats going on when i supposed to go to the doctor or getting a shot. They would explain and i would not cry. But of course everyone have their own way to explain or make things. Who am i to tell you are wrong, isnt, it?
