@terinhos I couldn't have said it any better. They had a unique sound. I also like their earlier songs from the late 1970s and early 1980s. By the mid-1980s they were more synth rock but who cares?

'I don't know why', what do u mean very under-rated band???... This is the only real big hit they really ever had!! It's quite different and unique from the rest of the 1980's UK bands such as Simple Minds, U2, and Simply Red. And those bands produced better songs and many more in that period. But this song is very unique with its style. But a good one, in fact!! ;-)

Maybe that's the only thing that they ever listened to, or just reminscent about that particular song from their youth - just to say how great it was. Even Lou Gramm's "Foreigner"(from the US) was a better band than OMD!
