In EU that is street legal legal but need homologation (by manufacturer or importer), needs to be less than 400 or 550kg depending on model and less than 15kW power. No one really rides these things on the road because they are just horrible for that, but many off-road equipment manufacturers do offer barely street legal versions.

Actually I think they were trying to follow the RZR and drift their car. LOL. People driving ATV's and UTV's on the streets like that though are what gives us UTV and ATV rider's bad reputations unfortunately. Yes that stuff is fun, however it shouldn't be done on public streets.

@Arturr0 Haha. well, it's not exactly a normal car at all. In the states I doubt someone could put a license plate on it and drive it in a city. People who live in rural areas might be able to drive them on roads, only because there is no one else around. But I like how you are able to drive it in a city over there. It looks like great fun driving one on city streets. You need some street tires for it now ; )

@Arturr0 You can't legally drive these on the roads in the states unless the municipality permits it. For them to be legal nationwide, they would have to pass Federal crash and safety standards, including being equipped with airbags and, now, active stability control.

@mcspaghetti19 You can drift nicely on gravel and sand , but on dry termac it get tricky - because if you go to slow, you may flip. But yes you can drift it on dry roads as well, but not so long .. and at a diferent angle.

@badmunkie513 Sure you can switch from 4wd to rwd. Its rwd by default , after presing the AWD button on the dashboard a magnet switches the front diferential to active. If yours is allways on 4WD somwthing is wrong ! Polaris has a crappy quality, and the differential casings are made of plastic ( i switched them with aluminium ones ) so never change from rwd to 4wd while driving !!
